We want shopping with 27 to feel as effortless as wearing our shoes.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that finding the right pair online isn't always easy. That's why returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

A EGP 100 handling fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

If an order is refused, not received, or cannot be delivered due to the customer's unavailability, a EGP 100 shipping fee will be applied.
