Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your shipping details.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that finding the right pair online isn't always easy. That's why returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days once the returned item has been received and approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
